People of Amsterdam | Casper

Meet the People of Amsterdam. Here we will showcase a different Amsterdam native every week. Every Amsterdam native will share a little about their lives, their favorite spots, and what makes Amsterdam so special to them. Take it all in. After all, the People of Amsterdam know Amsterdam best. This week: Casper de Wit, Brand Ambassador at Absolut Vodka.

Tales & Spirits!! My fave drink is a Negroni 🙂

Favorite neighbourhood to stroll around the whole day?
Jordaan, because you can still find very quiet and relaxed places in the area, and of course a typical Amsterdam look and feel.

Let’s talk self care. What’s your favorite spot?
Kinki Kappers on the Van Baerlestraat at Bart as the best male barber in town!

Where do we get the best rooftop view of Amsterdam? What’s special about that spot?
The View at Rokin! Because it’s in the middle of the city and you (almost) have a 360 view all over town!

And last but not least, what is by far your most favorite spot in Amsterdam?
For me RadioRadio is the ultimate recipe of the cosiness of a pub where you go with your friends mixed with a credible club where you can dance to the music of the greatest artists in our country and you don’t have to wait for the club to open at 10 p.m. or 11 p.m., RadioRadio can be opened from 6 p.m.
